Running a fleet means constant use: coal runs, timber hauls, local delivery trucks, and long-hauls running across our nation’s interstate system. Our fleet program keeps those units turning without racking up idle time. We manage service schedules, track worn components, and handle repairs right at your yard or in our Dale Road facility near Edendale. That means everything from oil changes and brake service to electrical maintenance, welding, and tire work happens under one plan.
Our shop handles fleets of all sizes. We move trucks through without the lineup dragging out your day—tire swaps, axle seals, suspension work, all done under one roof. You’re not bouncing between vendors or juggling multiple stops. We’ve built our operation to handle volume without losing sight of the details. When trucks roll in, we get to work. When they roll out, they’re ready.
We stay ahead of breakdowns by keeping to a plan. Preventive maintenance means catching issues early, before one worn part takes out half the system. Our crew recommends conducting inspections at regular intervals and logging everything: fluid conditions, brake wear, alignment drift, and electrical faults. If one truck starts heating up too fast or pulling under load, we’ve likely already flagged it.
Once your fleet’s in our system, we keep a close eye on it. If the tires are due, we rotate them. If your brakes are wearing unevenly, we adjust them. Some days it’s just a fluid top-off. Other days, it’s tracing a short before the next DOT stop finds it. We treat minor issues like they matter, because they always turn into big ones if they’re ignored. That’s how we keep your units running, day after day, run after run.
We’ve built long-term partnerships with local contractors, regional carriers, and municipal operators because they’ve seen our consistency. Every service is logged, photographed, and shared with fleet managers before the trucks ever leave the bay. Transparency matters when you’re tracking twenty units across three counties. Our crew handles the details: torque checks, fluid levels, tire pressure, and electrical continuity. That level of diligence means fewer returns and fewer road calls mid-shift.
We also handle fleet upgrades and refits, adding new lighting systems, updating brake assemblies, or replacing frame rails after collision wear. The shop stays busy, but every job moves under a single chain of communication. Drivers know they can stop by without an appointment for quick diagnostics, and we’ll fit them into the rotation. That accessibility is what keeps fleets across Edendale County loyal to our doors.
Fleet work is never one-size-fits-all. You’ve got a mix of units, each with its own headaches, service intervals, and quirks. That’s why we offer full-spectrum maintenance that covers every part of your operation. At our Edendale shop—40,000 square feet of repair muscle—we handle routine service like oil changes and inspections alongside big jobs like frame repairs, axle replacements, or welding. Tires? Stocked. Brake parts? On hand. Lighting issues? We fix them right the first time. And if your schedule doesn’t allow downtime, our mobile diesel service meets you where you are. We’ll keep your fleet rolling, whether it’s three trucks or thirty. Edendale, PA, may not be a freight hub, but we keep fleets humming like it is.
